en bas se trouvent deux visages de femme découpés. en haut d'une structure métallique se tient un homme avec un haut-parleur, le tout sur un cercle noir. le titre "die stadt des rattenfängers" fait allusion au conte "der rattenfänger von hameln" (le joueur de flûte de hamelin). on peut éventuellement voir une comparaison entre les rats et les juifs.

at the bottom, there are two faces of women which have been cut. a man holding a megaphone is standing at the top of a metal structure. the background is a black circle. the title "die stadt des rattenfängers" refers to the tale "der rattenfänger von hameln" (the pied piper of hamelin). there might be a comparison between the rats and the jews.
