en fond, une tête de femme, qui semblerait être l'actrice jacqueline delubac (actrice française et troisième épouse de sacha guitry avec qui elle joua au théâtre et au cinéma dans les années 1930). un boxeur et un enfant sont assemblés sur son visage. a dresde se situe le bilz sanatorium, un institut de bien-être naturel qui s'occupe de l'amélioration de la vie par toute sorte de bains. on y trouve également le musée de l'hygiène, où s'est tenue l'exposition internationale de l'hygiène.
